In Nepal's rapidly evolving digital payment landscape, IME Pay faced a critical competitive gap. While competitors like eSewa and Khalti offered both mobile and web platforms, IME Pay's services were limited to mobile apps.
This limitation not only affected market competitiveness but also restricted user accessibility, particularly for those who live abroad and who preferred or needed desktop access during work hours.
